Andrew Nock strongly challenged my criticism of DfT’s decision to split the Liverpool – Norwich service at Nottingham (‘Forum’, December issue). I’m sticking to my guns on this, as the change will break a long standing through service, imposing an interchange on over 100,000 passengers a year.
