GB RAILFREIGHT has agreed a sale and long-term leaseback of 10 Class 60 locomotives with Beacon Rail Leasing.
The 10 locos have been acquired from Colas. GBRf says they will enable higher trailing weights on certain routes as well as offering greater efficiency. Further growth on existing contracts is promised, including GBRf’s waste contract with Biffa, which sees material hauled from sites in Manchester and Leeds.
