Heritage lines already find their diesel galas are better attended than steam days, although the clientele have a very different look, more Rab C. Nesbitt than Revd W. Awdry. When they are joined by Networker Nutters, Pacerphiles and Dusty Binners it’s best we all understand the unwritten laws.
