HS2 Euston station cut to 10 platforms says Stephenson

London Euston station. The HS2 station left of the existing building is being cut back to 10 platforms.

High Speed 2 Minister Andrew Stephenson confirmed the new railway’s station at London Euston will have 10 platforms rather than the envisaged 11 – but that it will retain capacity to run 17 trains per hour as set out in Phase 1’s full business case.
