Network Rail is replacing the lift on platforms 13 and 14 at Manchester Piccadilly, with a stairlift providing step-free access. NETWORK RAIL
The lift on platforms 13 and 14 at Manchester Piccadilly station are being replaced by Network Rail, with work starting on 9 February and due for completion on 16 May.
While the work takes place, a stairlift on platform 14 will continue to provide step free access to passengers. For passengers unable to use the facility, tickets to and from Manchester Piccadilly will be valid for passengers to travel via the nearest step-free stations while the work takes place.
