Devolution is one of the buzz words of the moment. And aside from the extensive efforts in Scotland and Wales, the West Midlands is forging a better path than many regions. Under the stewardship of the West Midlands Combined Authority, the region is seeking to form a coherent transport strategy and develop a simple public transport offer for passengers.
