Since its formation in 1993, Rail Forum East Midlands (RFEM), originally the Derby & Derbyshire Rail Forum, has served its membership through times of significant industrial and political progress and transition. The Forum itself has evolved during this time; the decision to rebrand in 2015 to better represent the geographical range of its membership, and the appointments of new board members, chair and president, have helped to reinforce the Forum’s place in today’s industry.
