2019 SCHEDULE SET TO BE BUSIEST EVER
Now an established feature at Modern Railways RVE, the Meet The Buyer sessions give show attendees the opportunity to hold meetings with key companies in the rolling stock sector. We are grateful to Rail Forum Midlands for co-ordinating this year’s Meet The Buyer sessions in partnership with the Department for International Trade. This year 16 companies, a record total, have committed to send buyers to the show, including leading rolling stock manufacturers, leasing companies and overhaul specialists, along with an international presence.
The company continues to support its UK fleet through the development of its Technology Centre at Widnes and existing depots. Alstom is one of five bidders for the HS2 rolling stock contract.
