Caledonian Sleeper introduced its new Mk 5 coaches into passenger service for the first time on its Lowlander route between London and Glasgow/Edinburgh on the night of 28 April. The operator is aiming for the Highlander service to Aberdeen, Fort William and Inverness to follow in early June.
