ON 11 March 2019 DB Cargo began a new service for GRS transporting soil from Bow to Burton-upon-Trent. The service will run five days per week, with the soil used to fill a quarry near the Staffordshire town. DBC says the service was implemented from first enquiry to first service within three weeks. Meanwhile, on 29 March DBC formally marked its partnership with Maritime Transport at a ceremony held at Wakefield Europort, during which two Class 66s were named in honour of the agreement
