TPE launches West Coast Kitchen

TransPennine Express has formally unveiled its new complimentary First Class catering offer, branded West Coast Kitchen, for its West Coast main line services between Manchester, Liverpool and Scotland.

Breakfast options include traditional bacon or sausage rolls and omelettes as well as a full Highland breakfast and a vegan alternative, or lighter options.

From 11.00 an all-day menu, which rotates over alternate weeks, features options such as beef stew, vegan ratatouille, macaroni cheese and cauliflower and potato curry, as well as lighter snacks including sausage rolls with rainbow slaw and a poppadom dip box.
