ANGLIA

Westerfield and the Felixstowe branch (2:9A)

Following on from the ‘Trackwatch’ report covering May and as part of the Felixstowe branch capacity improvement scheme, it can be confirmed that Levington level crossing at 80M 00ch has now been upgraded to a Manually Controlled Barrier crossing with Obstacle Detection (MCB-OD). At Westerfield, the station level crossing at 72M 16ch has also been upgraded to a Manually Controlled Barrier crossing with Closed Circuit Television (MCB-CCTV).
