Gauge clearance software company D/Gauge has been acquired by TUV Rheinland as a subsidiary of the company. Its 28 staff will be fully integrated into their new parent company.
TUV says D/Gauge’s simulation tools are seeing strong growth in demand and are expected to become a cornerstone for the company’s digitisation strategy in its rail business.
