GB Railfreight has begun operation of some Cemex aggregate workings out of Peak Forest. Headed by No 66781, recently acquired by GBRf from DBC, train No 6J46, the 08.39 Peak Forest Cemex Sidings to Hope Street, Salford, approaches Ashton Moss North Junction on 4 June 2018, the first day of GBRf operation of this service.
