DB CARGO has extended its partnership with Malcolm Logistics, so it now runs until August 2020. DBC signed an initial three-year deal with the company in 2014. The operator transports containers from Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) to Scotland, operating services to Mossend five days a week and to Grangemouth seven days a week. The cargo carried is retail good such as toys, food, bevarages and electronics. DBC says the contract is worth £21 million.
