In the February 2019 issue I noted that CrossCountry seemed to have got used to cancelling Voyager workings along the Dawlish sea wall whenever the wind got up a bit. However, it seems some work had been done, but it needed validation before anyone would risk having to evacuate another train using the fire brigade.
