THAMESLINK ON THE FINISHING STRAIGHT

The work to rebuild the railway around London Bridge is nearing completion. Just two major blockades and commissionings – in late August and then over the Christmas holiday period – remain before the railway returns to what might be described as ‘normal’. Since the works began in May 2013, the Thameslink Programme team has achieved eight major commissionings with 90 significant track and infrastructure changes.
