Now in its seventh year, the show is being held on Thursday 3 October between 10.00 and 16.00 at Derby Arena. With its focus on maintenance, enhancement and refurbishment of rail vehicles, Modern Railways RVE is a showpiece exhibition for the rolling stock sector.
As well as the popular RVE Meet The Buyer event, the show includes a free rail conference, with leading industry figures from Bombardier, Eversholt Rail, the Institute of Railway Research at the University of Huddersfield and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy already signed up.
Nearly 1,000 visitors attended last year’s Modern Railways RVE show, the first under the ownership of Modern Railways magazine, with the 2019 event set to be bigger and better still. 22% of visitors to the 2018 show were at director level and above, meaning Modern Railways RVE is a place where business is done.
