Train Service Delivery discussed at Modern Railways EXPO 2022

The tools which enable operators and Network Rail to deliver punctual and reliable services will be the focus of a dedicated conference session at Modern Railways EXPO 2022.

The Train Service Delivery session, sponsored by Resonate, will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday 22 November, the first day of the new two-day show organised by Modern Railways at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes.

We are pleased to confirm the speaker line-up for this session:

  • Anna Ince – CEO, Resonate;
  • Tom Desmond – Head of Operations Strategy & People Capability, Network Rail;
  • David Davidson – Interim Western Route Director, Network Rail;
  • Andy Jones – Operations Consultant.

The session will include an introduction to Resonate’s award-winning Luminate Traffic Management System, an overview of national progress with the rollout of Luminate, an update on the 21st Century Operations programme being piloted on Network Rail’s Anglia Route and a look to the future of Luminate, concluding with a panel discussion.

Modern Railways Editor Philip Sherratt said: ‘We are excited to shine the spotlight on the opportunities offered by Resonate’s systems and by Traffic Management more widely. Our theme at Modern Railways EXPO 2022 is the future of Britain’s railway, and tools such as these are exactly what the railway needs to deliver the improvement in performance which is such a priority for all users of the railway.’

The Train Service Delivery session will start at 14.30 on Tuesday 22 November. Visitor registration for Modern Railways EXPO 2022 is free of charge and is open now via the show website at www.modernrailways.expo.
